Child Safety Standards

Offline takes the safety of users seriously and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or harms minors.
1. Age requirement
Offline is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Users must be 18+ to use the app. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may suspend or remove the account.
2. Reporting concerns in the app
Offline provides an in-app mechanism for users to report safety concerns. If you see content or behaviour that may involve CSAM, CSAE, or any child safety risk, please report it using the in-app reporting tools.

3. Our response to CSAM / CSAE
If we become aware of CSAM, CSAE, or other child safety risks, we will review the report and take appropriate action. This may include removing content, restricting accounts, suspending users, or permanently banning accounts.
Where required, we may report matters to relevant law enforcement or child safety authorities and preserve relevant information to support safety and compliance obligations.

Offline aims to comply with relevant child safety laws and obligations relating to child sexual abuse material and child sexual abuse and exploitation.
